Its business scope covers financial factoring, project financing, asset reorganization, merger and acquisition. In addition to these normal businesses, Xilian Asset is also in charge of financing of the principal business of Group Company and provides capital guarantee for related projects.
With the specialized management team and abundant capital as the basis, at the initial stage, Xilian Asset acquired Nantong Baonan Industry---the first-grade subsidiary of Bao Steel and set up Songjiang Steel City---the biggest steel spot market in East China.
