Lei Qianzhi, the Han nationality, was born in Liyang , Jiangsu Province in December 1941. He is a member of CPC (Communist Party of China) and a senior engineer.
In his glorious career, he served as deputy director of the Planning Department under State Bureau of Building Materials, office director of the State Bureau of Building Materials, deputy director and Party Leadership Group member of the State Bureau of Building Materials. From February 2001 to now, he worked as Vice President and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of China Building Materials Industry Association, President of the trade promotion branch of Building Materials Industry, President of the China Cement Association.
